Ms. Roddy’s professional background includes over 30 years of providing
Mental Health Services to Adults, Children and Families. She has provided culturally specific services to diverse communities through her work with programs such as:
The SF AIDS Foundation, Restorative Justice for Oakland Youth (RJOY), City and County of SF’s Child Protective Services (Emergency Response), Vacaville/San Quentin State Prisons, S.F. City and County Community Behavior Health Services (Child,
Youth, and Family), SF and Oakland Unified School Districts, Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI) Currently, Ms. Roddy words a Readjustment Counseling Therapist at the Dept. of Veteran Affairs’ Oakland Vet Centersince 2008; Where She provides Individual, Group and Family therapy to Veterans and their families regarding service connected adjustment Issues (including TBI, PTSD/MST). Since 2010, she has been the clinical consultant for “East Bay Stand Down” where she provides assessment
and direction on the needs of homeless veterans and their
families.
